We didn't see any welcome sign as we entered Virginia on US 50.
Heading through the suburbs of Washington, DC.
There is now a roundabout at the junction of routes 15 and 50.
US 50 becomes much more rural as we continue west.
Following US 50 through Winchester was a bit confusing.
I don't think this was the end of US 17 when we drove it in 1996, or if it was, we didn't know it.
