US 63 begins in Wisconsin, a few miles from Lake Superior. It heads southwest to Minnesota, crosses the Mississppi River, and then heads south through eastern Minnesota, Iowa, and Missouri. In Arkansas, it first heads southeast to join US 49, then heads southwest to the center of the state. After a short ride through northern Louisiana, US 63 ends at I-20.
We traveled US 63 from end to end in June 2024, taking these photographs along the way.
