US 35 begins in Michigan City, Indiana and heads southeast, passing through Kokomo and Richmond before arriving in Ohio. US 35 continues heading southeast across southwestern Ohio, passing through Dayton on its way to the Ohio River and West Virginia. Soon after entering West Virginia, the route ends in St. Albans, just west of Charleston.

We traveled US 35 from end to end in June 2006, taking these photographs along the way.
