Cynwyd now marks the end of the Cynwyd Line. We took a ride here in December 2010. The small station building was being renovated while we were there.
Our train waits at the platform for our return trip to Philadelphia.
Looking both beyond Cynwyd (left) and toward Philadelphia (right). At one time this was a relatively major line with multiple tracks, but now it ends just beyond the picture and a rail trail continues along the old right of way.
The westbound platform. The tracks are still there, but pretty well buried.
The area around the station and the interior of our train.
